Water! It can get a hot during the last 20 minutes. And also bring along a matt to sit on for both online and in person classes!
DO YOU RECORD OR SAVE THE
ONLINE SESSIONS?
​No! These sessions are only ever taught live.
For this reason we do not sell recorded sessions for you to do on demand. We only teach the method live.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR THE
CLASSES?
Comfy Clothes! The main objective is to feel comfy, so maybe something that you can stretch and feel good in. Remember it's not about what you look like, it's about how you feel!

WHAT IS THE MUSIC LIKE?
Everyone! The MIM classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable, making them an excellent choice for individuals at any stage of their fitness journey.
There may be filming and photography at the live events, which are likely to be used for social media. However, if you would prefer not to have any photos or videos taken of you during the class, please inform us either before the session or afterward!
From House and Garage to Afrobeats and Drum & Bass, our focus is on the drum, immersing you in a musical journey that will make you want to move your body.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE WORKSHOP?
Yes, we provide private workshops for organisations, schools, ect. These workshops take you through the neuroscience behind our method and provide insight into how you can use these tools on a daily basis.
